These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the v44 Club website located at v44.club and all associated services, products and features offered by v44 Club ("v44", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager or otherwise accessing any part of the v44 platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
These Terms apply to all users of v44, including without limitation users who are browsers, registered members, players and depositors. v44 reserves the right to update, modify or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the v44 service following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.
To register and use the v44 platform you must satisfy the following eligibility requirements:
3.1 One Account Per Player. Each natural person may hold only one registered account on v44. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — regardless of email address, device or payment method used — constitute a breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances and winnings.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete and current information at registration and at all subsequent stages of the relationship, including KYC verification. v44 reserves the right to verify all information provided and to request supporting documentation at any time.
3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC). v44 is required to conduct identity and payment method verification before processing withdrawals. You will be required to provide, at minimum, a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (Pakistani CNIC or passport) and proof of address. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period may result in account restriction.
3.4 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify v44 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. v44 accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
3.5 Account Transfer. Your v44 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, pledged or otherwise disposed of to any third party.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. v44 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and other major Pakistani banks), Visa/Mastercard and USDT TRC20. Accepted methods may change from time to time at v44's discretion.
4.2 Currency. All account balances, deposits and withdrawals are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise explicitly stated. Currency conversion, if applicable, is applied at the rate determined by v44 at the time of transaction.
4.3 Deposit Limits. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the cashier page and may vary by payment method. v44 reserves the right to set maximum deposit limits for individual accounts at its discretion.
4.4 Withdrawals. Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods that have been verified and previously used to deposit into the same v44 account ("same source" policy). v44 does not transfer funds to third-party accounts. Withdrawal processing times are subject to KYC verification status, payment method and tier level. v44 targets processing within the timelines advertised on the cashier page but provides no absolute guarantee of same-day processing.
4.5 Dormant Account Fees. If your v44 account remains inactive (no login, deposit, withdrawal or wager) for a period of 12 consecutive months, v44 reserves the right to apply a monthly maintenance deduction from any remaining balance following advance notice to your registered email address.
5.1 All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and other promotions offered by v44 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. Those terms are incorporated into and form part of these Terms.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits and maximum withdrawal caps are specified in the applicable promotion terms and must be reviewed before accepting any bonus.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. v44 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that bonus funds are being exploited through systematic wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or where the same promotion has been claimed multiple times by a single individual through multiple accounts.
5.4 v44 reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that existing accepted bonus terms in progress are honoured to the extent reasonably practicable.
6.1 All casino games, sports betting markets and other wagering products available on v44 are governed by the individual game rules and betting rules displayed within each product. It is the player's responsibility to understand the rules before placing any wager.
6.2 Game Outcomes. Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game mechanics under supervised studio conditions. v44 does not manipulate game outcomes.
6.3 Sports Betting Settlement. Sports bets are settled in accordance with the rules published on the v44 sportsbook rules page. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, v44's decision, based on the applicable rules and available evidence, is final.
6.4 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game or sports event, v44 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the player's account balance. v44 accepts no liability for any losses claimed to have resulted from technical issues beyond its reasonable control.
6.5 Maximum Payout. v44 reserves the right to apply maximum single-event and aggregate payout limits per player per day. These limits are displayed in the relevant product sections and may be updated by v44 from time to time.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the v44 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and referral to the relevant authorities:
All content available on the v44 platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, game assets and audiovisual elements — is the property of v44 Club or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the v44 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise commercially exploit any content from the v44 platform without the express prior written consent of v44.
9.1 The v44 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. v44 makes no warranties, express or implied, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
9.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, v44 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill or other intangible losses, arising from: (a) your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the v44 platform; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the platform; (c) any content obtained from the platform; or (d) unauthorised access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.
9.3 In no event shall v44's aggregate liability exceed the amount deposited by you into your v44 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.1 v44 reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice if it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) a breach of these Terms has occurred; (b) an account has been used for fraudulent, unlawful or abusive purposes; (c) an account poses a risk management concern to v44; or (d) v44 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation or a directive from a competent authority.
11.2 Upon account closure, any verified balance not subject to active bonus wagering requirements or pending investigation will be returned to the account holder via the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to completion of KYC.
11.3 Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting v44 support at [email protected]. Requests will be processed within 5 business days.
v44 may amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered players via email to the address on file or via a prominent notice on the v44 website no less than 7 days before the amended Terms take effect. Your continued use of the v44 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the v44 platform immediately and request account closure.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which v44 Club is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or your use of the v44 platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. You agree to contact v44 support in writing and allow up to 30 days for v44 to investigate and respond before pursuing any other legal remedies.
